Our office participates in most insurance programs. We also accept HSA and FSA accounts. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs are available. Insurance
We accept auto accident and personal injury insurance carriers. Since there are many plans and coverage varies per carrier, please bring in any insurance you would like us to verify during your first visit. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.

No Insurance
For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs are available. If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the best care for you and your family. Many patients discover routine chiropractic care to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.

At Leaf Chiropractic, we are convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset, your health, will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it. Each visit will include a complimentary soft tissue therapy. A soft tissue therapy will be applied as medically necessary, as not all patients are medically able to receive certain soft tissue therapies. These therapies can further be explained by clicking here.
